Bart’s interest in real estate finance began while studying business and finance at USC. His passion for real estate stems from the fact that no two projects are the same.

Bart is well-versed in many different aspects of the industry. His particular specialties are acquisition and disposition, project underwriting, land residual analysis, financial modeling, capital markets, and workouts.

Like his partners, Bart has a large professional network that comes from more than three decades in the industry. He has experienced the benefits and drawbacks of various real estate cycles and analyzes every opportunity with a practical mindset.
