With a father who was a small business owner whose related real estate holdings ultimately made more money than his core business, Lloyd found himself involved in real estate from an early age.

Growing up in Orange County, he noticed that many successful businesspeople in the community were involved in real estate development which sparked his interest in the industry.

Lloyd brings a degree in business administration and a background in finance and accounting with an emphasis on capital raising and deal structuring to the BRES team.

He equates the problem-solving skills required for dealing with changing real estate markets to his other favorite pastime – sport fishing. Getting the fish to “take the bait” means you are always thinking ahead and dealing with challenging conditions.
